• The Oak Room will open for meeting attendees at noon. Please note that the restaurant will not be open when attendees are arriving and a list of restaurants has been provided for your convenience.
• The Oak Room will be available to meeting attendees until 6:00PM.
• The restaurant and bar at the Oak Room will open at 5:00PM. The menu and wine list are attached.
• Smoking areas are located in the parking garage across the breezeway on the fourth floor, on the street level outside the building, or across the street in DeLeon Plaza.
